Twin Oaks Valley Ranch is located in San Marcos, California, in north San Diego County. The development includes two homeowners' associations with very similar names, Twin Oaks Valley Ranch Homeowners Association (HOA) and a separate group, Twin Oaks Valley Ranch Association.
This is the official website of Twin Oaks Valley Ranch HOA, a resource for current homeowners and those who may be interested in living in our community, a neighborhood of 292 single-family residences that includes a swimming pool and a park with gazebo and playground. Homes offer sweeping views of the surrounding hills and Twin Oaks Valley Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course that runs along a creek. Paths in the area offer opportunities for horseback riding, walking, running, and cycling. |
In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural Committee. The Board and Architectural Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a locally owned and operated professional management company.
